Work thinks they own me these days, meaning that my time to check movies off the "must see" list with my boyfriend has been cut dramatically. On the bright side I like having money to get tattooed or getting an Ike's sandwich from time to time. This weekend was the first weekend off in a long time and I had to make some twisty crust pizza with vegan "meat." It was amazing.

Pizza is not hard to make, it's oil, water, yeast and flour. Needless to say earning your food is also great.

Get it? Like the Ninja Turtles? This past weekend I made a pizza with someone special :) and it came out great. This was a fun task and even more satisfying to earn your dinner, for the first time I truly felt like a hunter/gatherer. I thought I could never feel that again.

I watched an anime movie and liked it too, Princes Mononoke. Pretty rad, the story was well written and it was spelled out explicitly not satire as I thought in the beginning. Would watch again and become an anime goon. Look at that fucking artwork, "hella gnarly bro!"

What have I been doing? I've been immersing myself in academia while still making some time to play around. Also I've been growing my facial hair, I'm on a 60 day trial to see how it looks. I'm on day 22. What inspired me to grow my facial hair out and look a mess was the following

What else is up? My bike is still cool, when I find some cash I'm going buy some new tires for spring and I will tighten and oil my chain. I was riding around all day on Saturday, day 2 of the International Bear Rendezvous. I gotta say that bear weekend is really overrated because all the out-of-towner bear posses appear to only be interested in talking to other bears. No care, I'm not looking to meet bears right now anyway.

I can emote about this all day. It looks like tempura but it is much better than tempura and not even Japanese. Deep Fried Banana balls from Shangri-La in The Sunset is true manifest incarnation of yin-yang gone dessert. I do not believe that it is that bad for you. Its sweet and crispy outside paired with the crumbly sugary struesel topping makes it too good to share and too good to pass up. I bought my shaker bottle on my way to dinner.

The most satisfying foods to me are the ones that are full of air, natural sugar and crunch. More specifically, edible plant matter that is still alive while you are chewing. The food that can be consumed in copious amounts without worrying about maintaining a girlish figure. Tasty foods like sesame sticks, breads and chocolate are examples of "dense calories." A lot of work has to go into making wheat into something edible, distilling, milling, mixing and baking. Same goes for chocolate, pounds and pounds of cocoa go into making a square of chocolate and you can eat an entire days worth of calories without feeling full. I am guilty of enjoying cake and potato crisps but I try not to eat to much because it isn't the best thing for you.

My latest solo adventure was a goal fueled one. My goals were:

1. Fix my goddamn bottom bracket
2. Ride around for a little
3. Have a raw food lunch

Saturdays rule because The Bike Kitchen is open noon til 5pm. I got there around 12:30pm and got to work. This was the most frustrating repair job I ever performed on my bike because it required intense cleaning. My bearings were pretty grimy and I didn't think all the Simple Green in the world could take care of it. I did the best I could and cleaned the inside of the crank shell too. After I decided my chain tension was good and tight I went for a test skid and I rode away after about 3 hours of work.

I didn't get started on my bike until I had a bite to eat. This is the sign outside of Cafe Gratitude. This spot is 100% vegan and 100% raw. I ordered the "I am passionate pizza" and it was fantastic. If I were to compare it to the Que SeRaw SeRaw pizza, the CG is more salad-y, a lot more dark greens and the crust is thinner and crunchier.

The best part of Cafe Gratitude is the Question of the day. I forget the name of the fellow that took my order so I'll call him Gary. Gary asked me "What can people count on you for?" I replied "People can count on me to be honest and to smile. I like to smile." Gary is a very kind man, he said I have a nice smile. I have to make sure I follow through on what people can count on me for. What I meant by "honest" wasn't like bitchy and neurotic honest. What I meant was that I will be true to who I am and not fake.

Chocolate Sensation: Currently living in bedford ohio. i dont know the origins of the name but its got a semi-civil war vibe to it with some of the buildings and the train depot. its a suburb of cleveland ohio so theres not much excitement going on.

Saulo: How do you remedy that?

Chocolate Sensation: A lot of my time goes to the cleveland cavaliers and the cleveland browns when im not in class.i also try to hit a record store in lakewood called my minds eye and buy records as much as i can since i have a bad record habit. otherwise i go to shows and hang out wherever the winds may lead me. i dont try to plan much. surprisingly there are a few bars here i can go to and enjoy myself at even though im edge so thats kinda rad. the funny thing is the farther away from cleveland you go (what i call the outer rim of the burbs/middle and upper class suburbs) people care less about sports and entertainment and they put their time into shopping at one of the fancier white people malls buying meaningless shit.

Chocolate Sensation: being an 11 year edgeman whats nice is i can watch the idiot brohammers spit game and somehow confound my mind on how they get hot gine like those slags at the bar. at the same time, the big downer is knowing that i only have so much liquid courage of my own to hit up those "normal" slags. but in any case its fun to watch and observe. but if im around the right people then i have no problem actin a fool and partying. if ive learned anything here being in cleveland as long as i have, its that no matter what (edge or not) you are in some way a raging asshole in any social situation. regardless if youre a bro, brohoe, punk kid, thrasher, suburban skate nerd, whatever.

Chocolate Sensation: And i also need to mention sullivans in lakewood has rootbeer on tap for $2.75 a mug. i cant argue that.

Saulo: How good of a deal is that?

Chocolate Sensation: for being a non drinker its alright. but the fact i can get it either in my sullivans drinking club mug or in a regular mug makes it more enjoyable. theyre tap prices are a little steep but i know most people that go with me are into it and enjoy a guiness or strongbow on tap.

Saulo: Sounds like root beer is your "lubricant" if you will when it comes to social venue aspect of a bar.

Chocolate Sensation: Warriors vs Cavs? welll.....the cavs arent up to speed like they were last year and theyre sitting 4th in the east [1st in the central]. while im fully confident theyll be able to handle everything and do well against any team, even though im waiting for some strong matchups against boston, atlanta, and the lakers, the warriors are struggling too and got some problems. i do like them, but i think in the next meeting itll be a cavs win at oracle arena. my only bummer about this season is watching my boy delonte struggle with his issues, but he can still get on the court and kill it. ill still drink tahiti treat before every game and wear his jersey. or ill listen to blackstreet if im wearing the mo-back [i got a mo williams jersey from the throwbacks last year].

Saulo: By the way, I noted your advice for tipping at bars. When I'm finally 21 and playing pool with the strong men on Folsom St I won't forget it.

Chocolate Sensation: Mama bears or papa bears, you gotta tip. bartender, food wench, piercer, whatever. its good karma. i still feel bad last tattoo i got i wasnt able to tip my artist really well but next time I will.

Saulo: It's a rule of thumb, if you can't afford to tip your barber you can't afford a haircut today.

Chocolate Sensation: my once a year haircut I always tip whoever slashes my hair very well. even if its $10 I make sure to put 3 or 4.

Saulo: Are there any eateries that you see as the gems of your neighborhood? What are they like? Bedford, (I almost called it Bedrock) sounds like your place to be.

Chocolate Sensation: Bedford really doesnt have alot of good food spots so i tend to venture to cleveland hts to eat at tommys (our vegan/vegetarian spot in cleveland), melt (all grilled cheese themed spot in lakewood), el jalapenos (w117th in lakewood), don ramons (parma), or the place to be (in lakewood).

Saulo: Show me to the cereal! Was melt on a food network show by any chance?

Chocolate Sensation: Melt i think was on food network i do believe. i tell everyone who drives through to make a stop there even with the ridiculous wait time but the food is worth it. especially the roasted veggie and parmageddon (has napa sauerkraut, grilled onions, and a cheese/potato pierogi on it)

Chocolate Sensation: and they also have a vegan cheese too. so if youre vegan you can have a vegan schoolboy lunch with a mountain of fries and coleslaw.

Orange "chicken"

I am no longer a regular at Garden Fresh since my quarter at Foothill ended. This restaurant was the bright side of fall and it was here that I learned the best example of Cultural Relativism. When dinner makes it to my table, it was escorted by an extra plate and a bowl of rice. Now and then they would hook me up with a bigger bowl of brown rice. Because I was thinking about saving water I wouldn't bother to use the extra plate and eat straight from the big plate of food. To me the extra plate was pointless, but then I realized that it must have been a Chinese tradition of sharing. Everyone have their own plate and then everyone served some food from the entree. From that day forth I would scoop whatever veggie or mock meat plate I ordered onto my empty plate along with the rice. It was more fun that way.

Tofu + Peanut Sauce. Yummy!

The mis-used word this month is 'Bromance.' Bromance is a special bond between to men, a bond that seemed taboo until just recently thanks to movies like "I love you, Man." This relationship is platonic but describing it as such is an understatement. Two men being 'bromantic' is an example of hetero life partners and I'll tell ya it's a relationship idea that I love. Please don't overuse the term next time you want to offer your dorm buddy that you only know from playing football with. Bromance I see as exclusive as a romantic relationship, I have one best friend and that person I can truly be myself with.

In the bromance world I think I can be a bit of a slut because I hug everyone, but on the other hand I feel free enough to be proud and I never EVER loosely use the term 'best friend.'

I was really tired last time I posted and I was dozing off so much I forgot the reason for posting in the first place. I feel the same way right now because I had a full day/night at class and it's late for me. I've been thinking about what motivates me lately because I need something or else I will stop trying. It's different for everyone and mine is I want to be a success. I've got broken wings and I gotta learn how to take care of myself.

Those gay couples on HGTV that seem really wealthy and they're getting their house remodeled or some shit, that is another dream that inspires me. I want to be like that, wealthy or at least successful enough to not worry about where my meals are going to come from. The thought of everyone I know moving on with a new chapter in their lives before I get to the prelude of mine is a troubling one.

Hello everyone, I had a great time this weekend. I secured the grips on my bars, got tied up, hung out with someone who helped me discover It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia with Hulu. I'll be watching that now and then.

Alrighty, I had spectacular breakfast at Can't Fail Cafe in Emryville. I wish I could have been in there when Guy Fierri visited. Having a warm breakfast that wasn't plain oatmeal for a change was awesome. These Chilequiles were almost better than my Mom's.

Alas! I love food in its purest form and today I made raw vegan chocolate cake, just because! Lately I have been really intrigued by the raw lifestyle, I think it is awesome. I can get down with eating a straight up cut tomato. Alex and his girlie came over for this crash-course in raw deserts. During our trek in SF Alex did not have a clear idea about eating raw. This was a good night for us all because the cake was rich and delicious. We made raw vanilla icing and it was incredible!

I started by processing some walnuts, 3 cups to be exact with a pinch of salt and I set half of the ground nuts aside because my food processor doesn't have a huge capacity. I put in 10 dates and a generous 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. The is the beauty of making raw cake with me because I make two batches.

Our filling for this cake was sliced banana. Fruit of any kind works great. The cake would have been delicious just how it was in the first picture but we decided to make two tiers, what a brilliant idea it was indeed. One cannot go wrong with the frosting either.

Frosting recipe yum yum yum:

-About 3 handfuls of cashews soaked for several hours. I put them in a tall class and cover the cashews completely in water.
-3 tablespoons of agave nectar but you can put as much as you like.
-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Do not add too much.

Blend all of it together with about half the water used to soak the cashews.

It takes 10-15 minutes to build this thing from start to finish. It is not only the easiest recipe, it is also one of the best tasting.

It had two fucking tiers!

Good company is a vital part of my life, it keeps me sane. When plans go bust it helps to not be alone. I heard about a show with an awesome line-up at Oddstad Studios and then it got canceled. So that was no bueno and at the time I was chillin with a buddy I hadn't seen in a long time, my friend Alex. When we got to Oddstad, there was no one there and we consulted a smart-phone to decide on what to do. We drove to Pirate Cat Radio because we heard that night they were playing a movie in the coffee shop, that didn't go down so we just chatted with the Batista and listen to the DJ's set for a little bit. Our plans were a bust, but our night wasn't. We bought some Honest-Tea and coconut water from a grocery store in the Castro and walked around. I need to remember that a goal is not always the key to a good night. Seeing James Franco live at the Castro theater woulda have been awesome though.

Fucking disturbing

Ichiban Kan is a new store in the mall that has some pretty rad and interesting stuff. They have Japanese deco markers and some thick pens that could be used for tagging. There is always some anime playing on a really expensive TV behind the register and I saw a clearance Japanese literature rack; ASTOUNDING! I go there to browse the sweet dessert stuff, most of which I can't eat. I always walk out with aloe juice.

I feel like I am in a novelty store that sells Asian staples for a lower price. Staples like weird fucking mayonnaise, and DS Lite covers for under $5. I can afford the nifty items there so a great winter hobby would be to learn how to make my own sushi. I'll set some money aside for some panko, sushi rollers and shit. 'Next Iron Chef' is on and they're in Japan; I feel the Morimotto intensity.

Autumn is among us and pumpkin everything is everywhere. My post-workout meal today was this seasonal Odwalla soy juice. There was no chalky film in my mouth when I was done which was a plus but unfortunately it didn't have the thick texture or filling effect that my usual smoothies have. It's a juice indeed and it would taste great blended with a frozen banana and some peanut butter.

This is called coconut palm juice. I had it for the first time ever on a whim at Thai House on Larkin Street. This experience had ups and turns. It is a very good cold drink but it is too sweet when paired to crispy tofu in peanut sauce. Evan loves it and I want to be able to enjoy a bottle with him now and then. Maybe he'll make a coconut palm goon outta me.

I feel the same way a full-time miner does; work, eat, and sleep with no real time to relax. On school days I feel like the time I am working out or having a snack is time wasted. That sounds like something that could get out of hand and I'll end up on Intervention. My favorite hour of the school day is dinner. Satan has smiled down on me and put a vegan restaurant between my two campuses, Middlefield and Foothill.

This place is called 'Garden Fresh' Vegetarian Restaurant. The atmosphere is identical to you run of the mill Chinese restaurant(Keep racist jokes to yourself please). The staff is nice to me not only because I am a paying customer but because they want me coming back ever day I have class for dinner. The hostess that is the most sociable is there in the evenings and she knows what my favorite dish is. Their Sweet 'n Sour "pork" and their veggie-bun are to die for. I want to try everything on the menu, but it's a rather discouraging agenda because nobody wants to disobey their dinner cravings and order something new.

This is a funnel cake clone is called the "Scallion Pancake" with carrots . A really savory appetizer that to me is almost like dessert before dinner. I've had the many times I was studying extra hard with no breaks. I get hungry enough to want powdered sugar with my scallion pancakes.

Man Vs. Food and ethnic restaurants have awoken the adventurous eater in me. I showed up to Garden Fresh wanting something really spicy because the time before then I ordered curry tofu and it wasn't spicy enough. The picture above is the Kunk Pao Chik'n ordered spicy, not "mild" or "medium." My palette did burn quite a bit and I loved it. This dish is nothing short of spicy or delicious.

We've all made petty fortunes but we can't afford a life. Confined to pull-out quotes and hotel rooms they all scream bloody murder over graves already dug, but can't you see the end?

For lunch today I had raw vegan pizza from Que Se-raw Se-raw. It is the best thing I have eaten in a long time, Food Network's "Best Thing I Ever Ate" material. I have been meaning to review a raw restaurant for a while, and this place was good from the start. I was greeted with a smile before I was in the door by the woman who took my order. I started off eating it like a salad and the pizza was very bright and earthy to me because of the zukes(zucchini) and parsley. From there it was heaven, crust was perfectly dense, the cashew cheese was sharp and creamy YUM! and the pesto added the right amount of salt flavor.

Change of pace, New home

A little less fruit is stashed in there than usual.

Foothill College has taken me in for an average of 25 hrs a week. I am on the campus from 8am to 8:20pm Mondays and Wednesdays and I have some trivial class/lab/independent study commitment to fulfill for a few hours on the remaining days of the week. I hang out on the campus during my long breaks between classes and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday because Foothill is about 30 miles from my house.

Since I enrolled there I have pretty much been living out of my car. I know what it's like to make do with what I have; I shower in the campus locker room, use their lockers to stow stuff, use the cockpit of my car for naps if I really need them, and my trunk has become a closet and a pantry. The inevitable circumstance that led me to enroll at Foothill will only keep me here for 10 more weeks, it's no big deal I can handle this. Time to be a wyldhomo and cry/make a blog entry.

Super Hero Squad is on Cartoon Network, I can get into this if I had more time for television.

New Found Love

My new found love is stove-top popcorn. I had my first bowl during the Cardinals vs. 49ers game at my friend Dan's house, it was somewhat of an enlightening experience. Growing up I had microwave popcorn, I am a little disheartened that I didn't have any popcorn made stove-top style before but I am glad I had the privilege to step into the realm of legitimate popping corn.

This method of eating popcorn gives more leeway for experimentation and creativity. The basic instructions are:
1. Cover the bottom of a pot over medium heat with, what we used, peanut oil.
2. Pour just enough kernels over the pot to cover the bottom of the pot. I didn't think this would be enough but Dan assured me that we'd fill the pot, and we did.
4. Cover and allow kernels to pop for several minutes. Shake up the pot occasionally as well as occasionally allow steam to escape.
3. Add salt to taste
I am fixing to cover the bottom of the pot with oil and Sugar In The Raw. If you try this, don't forget to shake the pot to incorporate the melted sugar though-out. I'll be back with an update and recipe.

The Rule of Thumb

If you can't afford it, don't go there. That is my rule of thumb for going anywhere where one would give a tip. Restaurants and Barber shops come to mind; I know people who never tip at a restaurant. If you can't afford to eat there and tip, do not go there. I always intend to tip well at a restaurant and follow through, same goes for when I decide to pay for a haircut.

I consider myself a patron at Sam's Barber Shop near my house, but recently I decided to head into the city to hang out with a friend and get a haircut. By killing two birds with one stone I was shocked at how much this place charged. I was embarrassed when I had to come back to pay the rest of what I owed, and even more embarrassed when I couldn't afford to tip the guy. Guess I'm not going back there ever, I learned my lesson.

Epiphany at Philz Cofee

I like coffee, but not the same way that stuck up successful adults might. Black coffee is where it's at for me, and I had a pretty delightful cup at Philz the day I had a job in the city. While taking a break I was thinking about being a regular somewhere; whether at Philz or a different coffee place. Shooting the breeze with the people that work their and being asked if they can make you your "usual."

Quite a bit of that went on while I sitting and having my coffee, I'll admit I was a little jealous that I couldn't take advantage of the barista's obligation to be nice to me as much as these well-off people. There is no void in my life that needs to be filled by something as inane as recognition at a coffee place, frankly, I can't afford to buy a cup everyday nor do I have the lifestyle that forces me to reach for a cup of coffee every morning.

They won't remember me at all next time, but I'll stop by if I'm ever in the Castro and am in the mood for coffee, possibly a vegan doughnut too.

Good Eats (Mexico '09)

Eating vegan wasn't the hard part while in Mexico, the hard part was finding variety and food that was actually good. When I did find something I liked, it was heaven. More of the good food I found in Tepatitlan, the closest big city.

Veggie pizza, hold the chese. I wasn't given funny looks when I ordered it either.

Pizza Differs in Mexico in a critical way, there is not as much sauce as I am used to. I can't complain, I was longing for something tasty and with loads of veggies. Pineapple rules!

Movies (Mexico '09)

This vay-kay was an awesome one for movies. My cousin Ren (I have that shirt from the Have Heart show I promised you) has a rad collection of DVDs and very good looking bootlegs. The list of movies I watched are as follows

Nightmare on elm street is a classic. I like watching this one because it is one of the first horror genre I heard of when I was younger. First of it's kind, I remember a little suspence during the last half of the movie.

Part II on the other hand was a little boring, with it's lack of kills and added teen drama; I didn't feel it much. It is a drag

What can I say, I liked it. Fight me.

Bad Boys 2 is one of my favorite movies ever. It has everything an action movie needs, wacky characters, a wacky story, wacky action sequences, and wacky jokes. I love Will Smith. Martin Lawrence was a wuss in this flick, but I guess you can't go too wrong with a wacky plot device.

This is a pretty cool spot. It's not hip so the prices are not expensive! Coffee, cookies, vegan tamales, vegan donuts in the Mission District.
Pirate Cat Radio/Cafe has a pretty nice staff and I love the radio studio right there in the building. The djs that I've heard so far are pretty good. The last time I was there the DJ played covers and originals of Bob Dylan, The Yeah Yeah Yeas and Nirvana. I "peaced him out" when I left that day

Do not hesitate to snatch a bottle of this

I went to Chipotle for some quick grub; I ordered and as I made my way to the patio area a bottle of 'Smoked' Tobasco caught my eye. I thought to myself "it isn't Tapatio but I will give it a shot. I started my on burrito with out adding this hot sauce, I added a couple of drops after the first bite. Instant flavor enhancer, to say the least. The flavor is mild in heat and it has a ghost mollasus taste and it is not very salty. Stealing this bottle was the plan before I tried it but after I ate with it I was even more gung ho about taking it home with me. This high scoring sauce is my new favorite.

Maple monument

There it is folks, 'The Maple Monument. It is constructed with several maple flavored cream fillings between two maple leaf cookies. Please dwas I when it was completed, not so much when I ate it. It is very difficult to find cream fillings that cooperate like maple creams. This tower of shortening made me feel like shit. I don't want to be a fat vegan so I am never doing this again.

I woke in a midst of hunger and ate the first thing I saw, 'The Monument' was on my nightstand and following the words "Live a little" I devoured the structure. I did live a little and I do not know how long it will take me to go back on my words and relapse with an entire box of these cookies and end up getting my stomach pumped; in actuality I will be an educated individual and eat cookies in moderation from now on.

I was super stoked!

Vegetarian House in San Jose, Supreme Master run and has a thousand entrees on the menu. What blew me away was the "Fat People" food they had on the menu for all the vegan who still like to indulge in fatty desserts. This was the first half to one of the best July 4ths I've had in a long time.

NBA Draft: if players were really as brilliant as they believe they are they should not sign with a shitty team and talk to the good teams behind the curtain and workout a deal. A player can work for half pay until they make a name for themselves then WHOOP WHOOP free agency, sup.

Lately I've been having trouble finding flicks that interest me. I need to rent some older movies that do not contain 'Super Bad' humor. Comedies have never been my thing anyway, also I am convinced that movie tastes are completely subjective also I am a naysayer when it comes to movie reviews; I will decide for myself how good a movie is.

First week of summer school was intense, but I got my feet wet and have the situation under control. I have to be very selective of when I go out and have fun, planning and organizing is the key, it'll be even tougher when I start my business summer course.

EDIT: Evan was asking me if it was really what I wanted to do, being that I can't go out like I used to, of course this is what I wanted. I want to be in school and I want a career so I made the trade, go to school and work hard so and hope that working hard will increase my opportunities to have fun, I don't feel that I am wasting my youth at school. But it is too bad that I have to do more budgeting because I haven't worked since I started school and my money supply can only deplete.

This time the discussion over thai food was about the documentary Metal: A HeadBanger's Journey and how it applies to anthropology. The music, the gathering of people, the uniform I mean it's all there. I see the aspects of culture in the hardcore scene, forgive me for sounding cheesy of misinformed but there is a correlation among hardcore fans; they come to shows to get away from the outside world. I've noticed a cultural personality, to believe there is no image or attitude in some scenes.

EDIT: since I'm taking anthropology and the course is fast I've been learning quickly and am easy to spew pieces here in there casually in conversation. Like for example how our we develop biologically according to our culture, I didn't always like thai food I grew up with beans, rice, fried fish, and assorted mexican meat dishes. It was with the exposure to thai food that I found my "nitch" and new favorite food. If someone discribed to me a thai dish when I was younger I'd get turned off.

Well anyway, Thai House on Larkin is one of our favorite places to go for vegan/vegetarian food. We like how late they stay open and this time around we got served within 5 minutes, no lie. I got incredibly full, I got the spicy red pepper tofu plate with string beans, I think it could have been crispier. My friend Evan shared our plates, he had tofu in peanut sauce.

I owed myself a sugar rush just before a long writing assignment. I can't stay moody when I have something like this on my table.
Very very tasty vegan chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. All homemade and great for sharing. Maybe I'll do some of that tomorrow after class. Recipe up soon

While I was partying every night with my friends and booking promos here and there, I felt like my life was at a halt. I was going to bed every night at 1 or later and working out was a priority. Now that school has started I am no longer feeling stagnant because I have busy work. While I am feeling like I am accomplishing something by going to class 4 days a week for classes that are 2.5 hrs in duration, the inner brat in me was worried about not making time for the thing I love most, fitness.

I will soon remember the essential key to living responsibly, time management. It will take probably a few days to utilize it in a way to satisfy the work load of college and working out. I can't afford to lose everything I worked on, nor will I start drinking coffee to stay up and read. If I have to, I'll workout from 8-930pm. I am not worried about this too much now because I just came back from a run and today worked out just fine. Eye on the prize goons, plus my professor is really entertaining and there are a couple of tools in my anthro class.

"I hope you're not well, I hope things aren't fine. I hope your body dies long before your mind. I hope you reach for help with hands that refuse to reach, I hope you try to scream with a voice that just won't scream."
